Since it was founded in 1984, COMSA GmbH is active in the area of the CAD-System Medusa. During this long period COMSA was able to build up much know-how and - based on that - a series of products, various applications and many services.

For some years COMSA has concentrated on developing new products. A result of these efforts is LDorado Harness lab, a dedicated solution for wire harness design.

transforMed is a new generation of object oriented Medusa converters for various CAD systems. Currently available are transforMed for AutoCAD-ARX, transforMed for AutoCAD-DWG/DXF and transforMed for I-DEAS Drafting.

transforCad fits exactly into the series of COMSA converters. It allows full usage of AutoCAD Mechanical objects and increases productivity and decreases wasted time for rework. transforCad-Pro/E is designed for companies, departments and suppliers who work with Pro/Engineer as well as AutoCAD Mechanical 2000.

Medusa/pcWin is the professional tool for creating and editing Medusa drawings on a PC. With some more applications we increase the professionality of the system or make possible the binary data exchange with other Medusa-versions on other hardware-platforms.

GRIVAD is a software-package, that is used at BMW for cabeling design. GRIREX/pcWin is the subset of this package, that allows BMW-cabeling design without the complexe BMW-GRIVAD-infrastructure in an external office.

LDorado is a fully comprehensive solution for harness design. It supports the complete development process, beginning with the first concept sketch right through to the automatic creation of manufacturing documents for harness suppliers.
